Use of REPRODIS in machines and tanks
After using REPROZYME MANUAL to clean instruments, make up a solution of 1 in 20 REPRODIS HLD4I into an open tank or ultrasonic bath.
Remove instruments from REPROZYME solution and rinse in water of suitable quality.
Completely immerse the instruments into the freshly made up solution of REPRODIS HLD4I for 10 minutes.
Remove the instruments after the 10 minute contact time and rinse in fresh water.
Dry instruments and store them correctly ready for reuse.
The solution can last up to 7 days, provided the solution does not become contaminated or cloudy.
